How to scan an A4 document on a single page and not in several pieces?
It's clearly stated "flatbed".
I didn't have any problems before, but this started happening since I was installed Windows 10 Professional.
It must be a settings issue, but I can't seem to find it.

Hello,
A scanner means nothing to a technician. It could be a simple scanner or the scanner part of a multifunction printer. In any case, it's useful to indicate the brand and model, or even the version of Windows installed.
Moreover, you are probably using software, either office or multimedia, or a management kit provided by the manufacturer. There shouldn't be any reason for a document to be "splitté" into parts, unless it corresponds to a print setting that you should be able to change.
In the absence of more specific information, you can consult this link:

I notice a bit late the absence of a polite formula, which is discouraged on this forum.

In case of failure, indicate which software you usually use for this function
