Hello,
This morning, when I tried to turn on my Samsung Galaxy J5, it wouldn’t work anymore. Yesterday, it was working fine, there was no recent shock, I exchanged the battery with my other Samsung Galaxy J5, but it still doesn’t work. It has pretty much the same issue as my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, but it only shows the logo. I would like to know where the problem comes from, but please don’t tell me to RESET IT, as I have a lot of data on it. (Especially since this is the phone I use to ask questions or respond on CCM) Thank you for your answers =)
