How to revert to the old version of Android?

Hello,
I updated the software to version 4.0.17 on my Samsung Galaxy J3 2017 yesterday. Since then, I can't send a message or do a search without the app crashing, indicating that the app has stopped. One of my apps doesn’t even open anymore.
I noticed that if I send voice messages, the app used doesn't crash.
Does anyone have an idea of how I could fix this, or better yet, revert to the old version of the update?

Good evening, apparently the update did not complete correctly, a hard reset needs to be done to fix the issue...
