Hello everyone,
Well, I have put my text in Bookshelf Symbol 7 and when I tried to change it to Arial after saving, now when I want to set it to Arial, it shows a lot of small empty squares and nothing wants to go back properly. I'm using Word 2016 on my HP computer.
Thank you in advance.

Hello,
That wasn't the idea of the century!
It's a very old bug and I see that it still persists. In any case, once the document is encrypted, it is really encrypted!! ;)
I have three solutions to propose to you, knowing that these solutions were developed a long time ago, with versions 2000-2003. You can see them on my site here:
https://faqword.com/index.php/word/erreurs-bugs-etc/604
One of the solutions involves a macro. You can use it if your document is short and simple. If it’s a complex document, it’s not even worth trying. In any case, I can't promise you anything, and if you attempt it, do it on a copy.
The other two solutions will allow you to recover the text, but your document will need to be redone.
