How to export Snapchat videos to my FB

Hello,

I am not at all able to export the videos I've made on Snapchat to my Facebook.
I can send only 10 seconds of the video on Messenger.
Can someone help me?

    Hello,

    Accessing Memories
    To access the saved snaps on Memories, you need to be on Snapchat's main screen (the camera). Swipe up, and you're all set (or tap the circle at the bottom center of your screen, below the camera button).

    You will have access to:
    the snaps saved on Memories,
    the stories saved on Memories,
    the photo gallery on your phone,
    My Eyes Only (private snaps)

    Saving a snap to Memories
    You can save a snap by tapping the small arrow at the bottom left of the screen when you just took a photo or video on Snapchat. You can also save your snap by sending it. Whether you choose to add a snap to your story or send a snap to a friend, you can save that snap to Memories by checking the dedicated box located just before your list of Snapchat friends.     And then all you have to do is post the video on FB :)
