Hello
I closed the 2017 fiscal year and when I want to export the FEC file, I go to tools then export FEC file. A window opens and then I check the fiscal year to export and another window titled data preparation opens but everything gets stuck and the preparation does not happen. Then a message appears "the execution time has expired. The timeout elapsed before the operation was completed or the server is not responding. Can you help me? There were no issues in previous years. Thank you in advance.

It says ebp Classic 2016 [ol technology] and I have a shortcut on my desktop that says ebp migration to open mine 3.3 and when I click on it, a window opens and tells me that an update of the ebp migration tool is necessary. Click OK to download and install this update. So I don't know if this is what you refer to as open Line.

It seems that you do indeed have a version of EBP Compta Open Line. The migration tool must have been used by your reseller to transfer your accounting data from the old EBP in Delphi to the Open Line version.

In short, if your financial year is closed, look instead in the "Exercices/Clôtures" universe > Exercices.
By consulting the closed financial year, you will see a small window below with the mention "fichiers associés." These files are generally the annual reports and your FEC.

Hello, I have the files containing the annual prints in PDF, but I don't have the TXT file (FEC).

Hello,

Still in the Exercices/Clôtures universe, you have "FEC History". By clicking on it, you will find all the FECs generated by the completed closures.

Hello,

Do you have an Open Line version?
