uninstall Office 2016 manual method

Hello,

I am on Windows 10, and I want to uninstall Office 2016 to reinstall the French version (I have an English version, which is not suitable for me). I haven't been able to do it with CCleaner, nor through the Control Panel, nor with the Customer Support tool on the Office support page (https://support.office.com/fr-fr/article/d%C3%A9sinstaller-office-d-un-pc-9dd49b83-264a-477a-8fcc-2fdf5dbf61d8). I'm stuck trying the manual method written on the Office support page: when I try to click on delete while I am in C/program files x86/common files/microsoft shared, a "folder in use" window opens. I don't see anything that looks like Office running in the Task Manager; the ones mentioned in the Microsoft help are not there, but maybe there are others to stop?
Can you help me uninstall all this, please?

in despair, do it in safe mode. F8 (or F5) at boot.

If it's a lock that's stuck, you can bypass it with Unlocker.
But what's left in this directory? Some dlls?

I have an English version
Official version?
Otherwise, you could take a look at the Virus forum...

To remove a stubborn program, you can use "regedit"
Open regedit and search
the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, SOFTWARE, Microsoft, Windows, CurrentVersion, Uninstall.
Identify the keys containing office and delete them.
