Hello,
I bought a cordless digital phone with an answering machine KX-TG6821FR Panasonic in France. However, I live in Greece. Everything works perfectly (line, etc.), except for one annoying issue: when someone calls me, my phone only rings once! Do you have any idea what might be happening? Thank you in advance for your help. Please accept my peaceful greetings.

How is the number of rings that trigger your voicemail set up?
Excerpt from the manual on page 42
In France, most operators set their voicemail trigger to 5 rings, hence the default setting of 4.
Is your device connected to a box? Who is your Greek operator?
There is a setting to be done with the latter.
I also see that your device has a "Night Mode" feature, which can set a delay before the phone rings (see the manual on page 31). The screen of the handset would display an icon representing a star and a moon.

I have the same issue despite the correct settings. In fact, the caller's number doesn't even show up after the first ring... But if I pick up, it answers fine.
