I do not use calls
So I cannot check on mine a screenshot and it will surely be resolved quickly ;)

In case:

Making Screenshots (screen photographs):

With iOS, press the Power/Lock button at the same time as the central Home button located at the bottom of the screen (press briefly at the same time). It is saved and you can view the screenshots in the gallery.

With Android, for each case, press the two buttons simultaneously but briefly as on iOS:
Case 1: The bottom of the volume down button ("volume -") with the Power/Lock button
Case 2: The central Home button located at the bottom of the screen with the Power/Lock button.
Case 3: The bottom of the volume up button ("volume +") with the central Home button located at the bottom of the screen.
And it is saved and you can view it in the gallery.

On the computer, press the "Print Screen" key (at the top right) and then it's best to open "Paint" (available in all Windows in basic software) and use "ctrl" with V simultaneously (paste) so you can choose the JPEG file for saving and crop if desired (rectangular selection then crop). It works if you open a word processor of course: "ctrl" with V simultaneously as well but on a word processor… Not an “image file.”

Before, we could delete calls, but now it's a matter of encryption. To decrypt, you have to go through the SMS of the person's number. Removing encryption depends on whether it was you who encrypted or if it was someone else who encrypted you; it’s different.
