Unable to contact "Vip Belote"

Good evening,

I have been playing for quite some time on the Vip Belote site with Facebook! Tonight I can't access the site...
I restarted my PC, I turned it off and on again but to no avail! It's not general because a friend can access it!!
What should I do?

    Good evening, are you with Orange? It seems that there is a problem on their end preventing access to certain websites, and if that's the case, we will have to wait for them to resolve the issue.
