Do EnchereVIP operate with impunity?

Hello,

I have irrefutable proof that this is a huge scam, come share your experiences here,

I've noticed that there isn't a dedicated forum for this site strangely, bidders can't interact with each other, and there's a lack of transparency regarding the bids.

Why are sites like this still open and continue to scam people?

What recourse can I take on my end?

THANK YOU

It doesn't even take 2 minutes to see that it's a scam...

Otherwise, if such sites manage to exist, it's either because no one is getting scammed, because the scam is too obvious, or they find a way to slip through the cracks, either with clauses in the terms of use that allow such scams (and yes, you have to read) or because there aren't enough complaints.

It is on the very website of the newspaper "LE PARISIEN" on November 7, 2015, that I found a "hook" highlighting "Encherevip" and praising it through the intermediary of a pseudo-journalist who "supposedly" played the auction game and "allegedly" reaped substantial profits!! Look for the error ................. Le Parisien does not seem to report any fraud and positions itself as an intermediary by promoting this site!!!??????????????

It’s just a matter of luck if you win; it’s still a scam.

no

the only thing you can really win is credits...

for example, they offer credits of 100 or 200 euros; you usually pay around 10 to 15 euros on top of the invested bids (0.10 cents for 1 €, or even 1 cent for 1 €) when humans win (lol)
when they let robots win, it averages around 2 or 3 euros to entice people.

Then, with that 100 € that you paid 15 euros for and that you think you’ve won, you take your chance for an iPhone 5 for example, and that’s when you find yourself up against the multiple robots that outbid you, leaving you with no chance (or after they've used up all your stock, they're clever with the calculations).

In the end, you’ve just spent an additional 15 € and here we go again, you win credits that you pay for and lose in no time because of the robots.

How is it possible for a human to make two unique bids one second apart?

Here is a response built on reasoning based on a relevant observation, rather than a personal sentiment derived from an emotion stemming from frustration at not having won "the prize" in question. Nothing comes from nothing in ordinary life, and even less so on the WEB!!! Every system relies on resources consumed for its own benefit to function, whether it's money, available time, or some material to digest. A reliable system is primarily an economy to be achieved for the benefit in advance, and an autonomy to be hoped for in return for the operation of the said system. Therefore, it's not enough to be tempted by the call of profit; one must build an idea based on the interest generated for the creators of the system. Do you know of a non-capitalist economy that personally outweighs the economy it has generated through its own investment???

Except for nature, which naturally recycles all elements??? The answer is "NO"; this does not yet exist among humans... The nature of man is exactly the opposite of nature; he steals, overcharges, and ultimately declines into other pursuits in order to continue his devastation and thirst for conquest to grow at the expense of others. The boycott will come from links pointing to their site in order to expose them to everyone's eyes. The force turned against itself will do the rest even better than long speeches. NEGATIVE likes equal for them, negative fallout for their business.

I disagree. Yes, it is very easy to place multiple bids in less than a second (multiboxing); I do it myself. Then you need to read the rules!!!! You can bid on a price range. So your name can appear multiple times in less than a second as long as someone bids on one of your bets.
Finally, look at the details of the auctions. Given the number of bids per cent, the product is very largely reimbursed.
I'm not saying that you have to get into it at all costs. But yes, there are 400 losers and 2 winners. The one who wins the bids, and the site.
Bidding is a gamble. There can't be only winners!!!

Anyway, there's no need to look for 12 hours to 2 PM, this site is simply a scam! Everyone who says otherwise is either someone who works there or more often, spam.

see an "article" today 27/11/2015 on Le Parisien (online version)!!?? truth or scam? In any case, I wouldn't take the risk...............and of course it's just robots behind it............Your turn to play.......to enrich those who are behind all this!!!

I got scammed, we need to file a complaint at the police station, the more of us there are to do it, the faster they will catch these scammers, even for 58 euros, I'm going right now to the police station to file a complaint for fraud.

Hello,

These sites seem legit to me, there are simply a lot of people participating (especially with the free funds we receive at the beginning).

Plus, it’s still an auction site; if there’s a higher bidder than you, and that person has the patience and money to outbid you every time, then they will win. :) Moreover, I think this hatred and frustration actually comes from lost auctions, which isn’t very fair play at all :/

In a legal auction, only the last bidder is charged....

It's not about winning or losing; the fact is that once you have provided your banking details, nothing indicates that you will be automatically charged an amount of €59, let alone that it won't happen twice.

Hello everyone, be careful, it's a VIP auction scam.
When you sign up, there's a page that recommends a purchase of 59 euros for a bonus. You click on it and then it asks for your credit card details. You enter all the numbers, validate, and strangely, nothing happens; a page reloads, asking you to enter your credit card numbers again. You validate, and boom, it's taken into account. Well played, we've been taken; uh, for now, they debited 2 times - 59 euros, no email confirming the payment of the 59 euros. It’s well organized like this so you don't know how much you've been debited. You have to check your auction counter, but you're so excited to win phones; and then you start bidding; you bid 1 euro; and you bid as low as between 0.21 and 0.37, so you find 0.24 and you're winning, lol. It lasts 7 minutes, then you try to find the lowest price, so you think it’s between 0.21 and 0.37. So I bid 0.24, then I try 0.28, weird, I'm too low, and strangely you bid higher at 0.39 and there you're almost there, but then 2 members find it. So the scam continues, and then you come back winning alone at 0.40, and at the bottom on the counter, they tell you to find between 0.21 and 0.37; look for the error. It’s a big scam that's going to rip you off, you need to spread this message to everyone, it’s not normal that we let this happen. Moreover, I have doubts about the happy winners. Do like me, dispute your credit card before they charge you without your agreement. Good luck to you all. Yes, I got duped like a fool, losing 118 euros all at once hurts, I was in need of a good deal, and well, it’s a failure. They make you believe it’s Christmas; don’t fall into the trap like I did if this can help other members.

Strange, the only one defending the site is always a Davide.... He either has time and a genuine passion for enchèrevip... which is not very compatible with the psychology of a real bidder who would have no other interest than to refrain from promoting it. The fewer people interested, the more profitable an auction becomes for the buyer.... So this username is clearly a little helper from the site. QED. An honest auction should normally only cost the final buyer. Otherwise, we are at the casino, not at auctions... The legislation on games of chance is very different from that of auctions in France. Therefore, I invite those who love auctions to do so on sites based in countries that protect buyers.

Listen, I am Italian and I don't care about the legislation of your country.
I accidentally found these negative comments, you are just being whipped because you are not winning.
I’m sorry for you, you can think what you want, personally, I’m not worried.
And surely I will always speak well of ASTAVIP (ENCHEREVIP for you French) because it is a serious site.

Even if it goes against my interest as you say, I don’t feel like convincing you or anyone else... so they always win the same because they have a strategy! That you cannot all have... not succeeding.
Skysurfer is very strong... but that does not mean the site's coffin. I have also won a lot, (don't tell you my nickname because they are my cabbages as you say).

Greetings from Italy.

a website that asks you to provide your PayPal information to sign up and charges you €59 without your consent.
that charges you €20 to get a refund. it's uncertain if you will ever be refunded.
should be prosecuted and fined.

Exactly, this credit card process is fraudulent.
So the auctions themselves must be of the same type.

The site works, it's not a scam. It's a game of chance, I've personally won several times on this site, but the investment has to be significant.
The site doesn't care about the money, there are many users who point to items and only win one.
The site is serious.

Davide, Italy.

No one can convince you. If you don't believe it, do what you want... you also think it's a scam, meanwhile the undersigned has won more than 300 bids in 10 years..

Is there a consumer association that can help us fight against these scams that withdraw €59 from us, with the complicity of PayPal, in exchange for nothing at all, without an invoice or authorization for the withdrawal? I am being offered a refund of €20 that I can't even obtain, as my emails always end up in their spam box!
I am waiting for at least an invoice for my €59 and an idea of what I bought, when, and why! The simple curiosity suggested by an ad cost me this amount! It's impossible to communicate.

To customer service
Hello,
Following the reading of an "article" (or maybe a hidden advertisement), I clicked to open a ... free account ...
Conclusion: I'm charged €59
I didn’t even have time to look at two auctions on your site before being debited for credits even though I didn’t click anywhere.
1 - Please issue a refund: I never wanted to purchase credits
2 - Delete my account
Otherwise, I can provide you with my lawyer's contact details if you wish
Thank you in advance.
Best regards

Their response:
Hello,

First of all, we are sorry to hear that you wish to close your account. We can obviously refund the available credits.
However, credits already used cannot be refunded as they allow the winners of the auctions to win our quality products at very low prices. Furthermore, your bids cannot be canceled either as this could disrupt the smooth running of the auctions.
As your VIP credit balance is currently €55, and knowing that we apply a fee of €20 (or 4.5% of your VIP balance if it is greater than or equal to €444.45) on any refund (point 7 of our terms, http://www.encherevip.com/cgu.htm), we are therefore able to refund you €35.

If you still wish to be refunded and close your account, please confirm this by replying to this email.

We can also offer to reactivate your account and add 20 Bonus credits to allow you to use the remaining credits, thus giving you the chance to win prizes on our site.

Whatever your decision, we would be happy to receive your feedback and suggestions.

Awaiting your response, we remain at your disposal for any further information.

Best regards,

Laura - Customer Service

Conclusion:
if they are able to take €59 from all visitors and refund €35 ... very profitable for them.
Since then I can no longer write to them ... it feels like "spam"!

Does anyone have a working contact or email from them?

Hello
exactly the same, I had my card canceled by my bank which automatically refunded me. (Visa 4S card)
It's going to cost me to redo my card but I was refunded.
The problem is that as long as no one takes them to court for damages and interest, they will keep going.
There should be a group of plaintiffs to do this, I think there are a lot of people being taken advantage of but no one to take action against them, so they continue. If I have a few names of other victims with me, I will take action against them.

By shouting a little too loud, you can still recover €39 but never a receipt for the €20 STOLEN! You buy nothing, never, at any time. Just to signal in case anyone wants to bid, and already you are being deducted. And no consumer organization addresses this. Serious sites that display these announcements on the sidelines don't feel concerned. PayPal approves the deductions without warning or even payment authorization (for what, anyway!). And it goes on...
