DVB transmitter issue

Hello,
I have a Panasonic Viera, and for the past few days I haven't had any TNT channels (TNT integrated into the plasma)
It shows me a message about a DVB transmitter or antenna problem
When I do the automatic settings to program the channels, it goes back to that message. What should I do to get the TNT channels back? Thank you

Configuration: Android / Chrome 52.0.2743.98

Or reception in a building (collective distribution)
