Hello,
Hello, I bought a PetSafe anti-bark dog fence, I marked the perimeter of my property with the cable, the ends of the cable have been connected to the terminals on the transmitter and I turned on the transmitter, then I put the battery in the receiver (the receiver is located on the dog's collar) and I tested the electrical cable by holding the collar at my knee level but there is no sound signal even though there should be one!!! and the battery is apparently new, help!!! Can someone assist me?

Best regards

Thank you for responding so quickly, but the collar does not have a magnet and there is no small bar to put on either; it must be a different fence. Mine is a PetSafe radio fence, and there is a picture of a Labrador on the box.

Hello, the problem is that it only picks up at 10 cm from the wire, no more. Please, I need urgent help, thank you.

It's for doing IT that you need to "secure the dog"... lol at least he can wander around and not run away when you have a very large yard and no means to fence it off...

Normally, you need to initialize the collar to the transmitter

There is often a magnet on the collar to stick to the transmitter; after a green light, it works, or else you have a small bar to put on the collar (to act as the magnet).
