Switching from Windows 10 to Windows XP

Hello, I have an old PC that originally ran XP. I switched to Windows 10, but the PC is too old for W10. I want to go back to XP and then install Windows 7.
What I’m missing (I found a tutorial on YouTube but it redirects to a "buy this domain" page) is the way to revert to Windows XP.

    Why go through XP to then install Windows 7, just install Windows 7 directly.
