Hello,

I want to download the Play Store app on my Windows PC

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 54.0.2840.87

Hi.

You can't install the Play Store directly on Windows like that; you'll need to use an Android emulator.
I recommend BlueStacks, available for free download.

I think that game loop is the best because it's easy and available for all PCs.
