Hello,
For the past two days, I haven't been able to insert a specific image into a Word document. When I try to insert it, nothing appears; the text cursor keeps blinking as if nothing is happening.
The problem lies with the image. I've saved it in two different formats: .tif and .jpg. I’ve tried inserting this image in different locations within the document, but it’s the same issue. It doesn’t appear. I’ve tried using other images in the same document, and that works. And I’ve attempted to insert the original image into another document, but it doesn’t work (which is why I indicate that the problem is with the image).
What is blocking and how can I resolve this issue?
Thank you in advance,
Have a nice day :)
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 54.0

Maybe your image is too large compared to the size of your page in Word..?
Open it in an image editing software (Gimp, Photofiltre) and check its size...
You might crop it and save it under a different name... A slight modification can sometimes resolve saving issues if that’s the case with the original image.
