Hello,
I've had a Freebox for a long time, and I migrated to fiber a week ago. Since then, I haven't been able to open download links on RAPIDGATOR. No matter which browser I use (Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Chrome), it says "The connection has timed out." I can open those same links on my smartphone (not connected to the Wi-Fi, I specify, because it doesn't work over Wi-Fi either).
Is there something I need to configure on my network or on the Freebox portal to make it work again?

I restarted the PC and it worked with the DNS provided by Fabul. Thank you...
An explanation for the phenomenon? Because I want to understand...

Well, actually... This evening, when I turned the PC back on, it's happening again... No more Rapidgator, no more Outlook... The DNS settings on the card are still the ones you gave me last night...
I don’t understand anything anymore.
Knowing that every night I turn off my box and turn it back on the next day...
Thanks in advance.

These are Google's DNS
You can run an analysis with the program I suggested HERE to find faster ones if you want.
There's also DNS Benchmark

I hadn't noticed, it's a version for Linux.
One for Windows: https://www.pcastuces.com/logitheque/namebench.htm

Actually no, they were mine... I launched the program. After that, which ones do I choose? Those that have the largest red, blue, and green bands?
I haven't used this program, so I don't really know it well enough to help you.
When I had problems once, I set 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, and since then I haven't had any issues.
My problem was rather irregular; it was any page that wouldn't load sometimes but would load when I retried.
It seems pretty targeted to you, and I don't have much knowledge about networks compared to others.
I would have difficulty helping you further.
Maybe reset your modem, your box?

Last night it started working again with the DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 at 11:00 PM... I have the impression that the time has an influence. Right now, it's not working...
I called Free. The guy tells me that the switch to fiber has nothing to do with it and that it's a coincidence... He opened an "incident ticket." But for now, neither outlook.live.com nor rapidgator are opening...

Hello,
Change the DNS on your network card.
Set it to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
Otherwise, I have no other ideas.
Except directing your topic to the Network section.

You can try NameBench to find the best DNS servers for your connection.
