Canal Plus decoder not connecting to Wi-Fi

Hello, equipped with an SFR box and a Netgear connection repeater, I receive Wi-Fi everywhere in my home, with any computer or tablet, but my decoder recognizes the network but does not connect, yet 5 bars, connection identified. I reconfigured the "Canal Plus" decoder just in case, removed the connection filter, this connection had worked perfectly 2 days ago and now nothing. Does anyone have a solution? Thank you in advance.

Hello,

the wifi available on the Canalsat cube is not very sensitive to wifi reception, it keeps crashing. Moreover, to reconnect to the wifi, you need to turn it off and restart it, which takes a long time. I connected it directly via ethernet, and now there's no problem.

Do you have access to the pangram of your repeater (like on a router)? You can ask for help from Netgear, because apparently on my Netgear router, the Canalsat cube is not identified as a PC.

Thank you, I will contact Netgear, this one is recognized, the box is too far from the decoder which is causing the problem.
