dbmail is not working anymore!

Hello,

It's my email with my dbmail address that no longer works! It only works with Hotmail through the Darty interface.

I can no longer access my "dbmail" emails, and my partner is experiencing the same issue. If you have a solution... Thank you.

Good evening,

I don’t have any error messages. Simply, dBmail is not working. And from the Darty page, when I want to read my emails, it redirects me to Windows Mail.

I’m on OSX with a MacBook.

hi  Which messaging software?  Under which Windows?  What is the full error message?

???? Are you making an email request that doesn't go through and you don't receive any error message?  Darty's webmail redirects you to Windows Mail while you are using Mac OS X?

On Mac and OSX, with the software called Mail, I’m sending an email or trying to receive one. It asks for the password. It used to work and now it doesn't.

When I go through the Darty page, since I can no longer access it through the Mail software, it redirects me to Windows Mail with my Hotmail address and not with my dBmail email.

With the Mac, I have a software called MAIL.

It was set up until two days ago for me to send and receive emails with Darty and thus with my personal email dBmail.

Since last night, the software for sending and receiving emails is asking for the password, and this one no longer works. I can't find a solution.

So I logged into my emails through the Darty page. And it works with Windows Mail using my Hotmail address.

That's it. I don't understand anything.
