Hello,

I was wondering because I've already ordered online from Kinguin and others, and I wanted to know if the site recharge.fr is reliable and if I can use my real billing information there... (I’ve already done it on other sites because I don’t want to have trouble for providing false billing info) After, I’ve already made a payment on this site, and I was just questioning this. (I’m a bit of a stress head x) )

It's a scam
For mobile phone top-up ORANGE, the instructions given are impossible to follow and ORANGE does not recognize the top-up number.
DO NOT USE THIS SITE

Following a purchase of PCS on the Recharge.fr website, I never received my codes. This site takes advantage of you by selling a service charged to make purchases of payment cards or other types such as phones or games, to be avoided—dishonest site. In return, they asked me to verify my identity and provide a bank statement, which is strange, but I still sent it. Now, more than 15 days have passed, and I still haven't received a code in return for a purchase value of €200!!!! Avoid this site; it's a SCAM.

I confirm rechrage.fr is a huge scam! STAY AWAY.

I have a bias against all those websites that sell you anything and everything; it's a personal choice.

P.S.: keep in mind that for this kind of online question, even for perfectly serious sites, communication professionals write paid responses to either enhance or destroy the reputation of those sites.

My question was whether I took too much of a risk by putting my address in the billing addresses (knowing that I've done it for similar sites in the past and I've never had any issues).

For this site, I have no idea. Most of the time, by checking the terms and conditions, by identifying the country where it really is, we appreciate the seriousness/risk...

But, as for the use of addresses, all sites sell customer files, a penny is a penny, right?

I bought several vouchers on the site, and the last one was a 100 euros Neosurf. The problem is that they sent me an unknown PIN code. And since this happens often, of course, they don't have an efficient customer service. No response to emails, so in my opinion, they stole those 100 euros from me. I strongly advise you to avoid this site because if there is a problem, there is no solution.

It's a real scam. I recharge and there's no message or anything; you can't call them, just messages that go unanswered.

Following a sale on Market Place, I received an email from PayPal (supposedly) for an identity verification.
The man with a strong accent and his kids screaming next to him asked me to transfer €200 for verification, etc.
Big scam.
Absolutely to be avoided!

It's a scam. I bought an SFR internet top-up. The instructions are impossible to follow. SFR does not recognize the calling number. After filing a complaint with recharge.fr, I was told to contact SFR???

I just got scammed as well. Supposedly at the time of payment, they ask for the bank authorization code to validate the payment in order to obtain the PCS code, which I do, and then the PCS code is supposedly incorrect. I try again and it's the same... Anyway, can the bank compensate for the scam?

Hello everyone,

I have a problem regarding this site; I had a buyer on Vinted. She told me that she couldn't see the photos on Vinted, so she asked me to send them to her email. Then she agreed to buy the item, but since she apparently couldn't pay on Vinted, she asked me to make the transfer via PayPal. And apparently she couldn't do that. After that, I don't know how to contact PayPal's "customer service," but I strongly believe that this number was a scam since it was a 07 number (strange for customer service and moreover, services don’t operate beyond 7:30 PM). This number called me and asked me to go to this site to do who knows what that would eventually process the transfer. At first, she asked me to go to the PCS card of €150; I had to enter my bank card details. It didn't work, so she told me to try again with the PCS card of €50. Once again, I had to enter my bank card details. In the end, she asked me to send my bank card front and back by message (of course, I refused), but now that I know it's a scam, I would like to know if the site is going to charge me the total of €200. And if that’s the case, how can I stop this as quickly as possible?

It happened to me the same thing today, thank goodness my brother stopped me, but I had already entered my bank details. The man with a Caribbean accent was really pressuring me and harassing me; I could feel the scam, but I closed my eyes. :(

Pure scam, I got taken in. Fortunately, I didn't spend much. The first time, I managed to get the code and recharge my account, but after that, nothing. Luckily, it was only 20 euros, but 20 euros is expensive here.
