Hello, I just saw on my statement that I have been charged 7 times by "Orange fac ipay" for several large amounts, including one of €350, even though I have no account with Orange. Can you help me?
P.S.: For the curious, I have been debited €554.

Hi,
are these payments by card or direct debits?
First, contact the bank; if they are card payments, they are responsible.

So, it's by card, check with the bank how they justify...

Good evening,

Go to your bank urgently, block your card and change it, then request a refund for the amounts debited.
Here is a template letter for the refund http://droit-finances.commentcamarche.com/faq/3213-modele-de-lettre-carte-bancaire-debits-frauduleux

Best regards.

Isn't the problem with Orange? - I have no trust left in this company. After leaving their subscription to move to a more serious provider, here I am a year later with Orange starting to send me bills again.... and when I went to their office to complain, there were plenty of other people who had come to cancel or terminate their contracts as well.... And the employee was not nice at all.

If you have received invoices that you haven't paid, your banker might laugh in your face; you should be honest instead of trying to play innocent.

Yes, to say that Orange are crooks makes me almost laugh.
Because you find the same stories with Free, SFR, Bouygues, etc.......
You just have to look at the various topics already opened on the forum.
