950 RPM "only" is nothing shocking; especially with 2 120mm fans.
The people who designed the ventilation of this case surely didn't do anything haphazardly.

What ultimately matters is the result, namely the temperature of the components, particularly the microprocessor. If everything is fine on that side, why change something that works correctly?

Moreover, it's quite possible that there is a speed regulation based on temperature. In that case, the speed will automatically increase the day you push your PC to its maximum capabilities.

Hello,

These fans are powered by the power supply, so at 12 volts DC. To make them run faster, you would need to provide a higher voltage, thus powering them with an additional transformer-rectifier.

Not recommended: increased noise, premature aging of electrical insulation, mechanical wear.

On a a PC power supply, there is a -12V and a +12V. If you connect the fan to these two terminals, it will run very fast, but that's not really reasonable!!
You also have a -5V, so you can connect your fan to the +12 and the -5, which will make it 17V, which is reasonable, but it will certainly be louder!!

When looking at the values of -5 volts and -12 volts in the BIOS, you often find all sorts of readings. This is of no importance because it's been a long time since they were useful. The one that lasted the longest, the -5, was used for certain integrated sound cards if I remember correctly.

Often in its place, there is no pin on the 24-pin connector of the motherboard, nor any wire on the plug coming from the power supply. The ATX specification optionally provides for an additional connection for Ground ("Grnd"), black wire.

I also want to increase the speed of my fans because my graphics card gets pretty hot, but I find that the front 12cm fan doesn't suck in enough air!
So I would like to know if there is a technique in the BIOS?

If it doesn’t suck in enough air, it’s probably because there isn’t enough to suck in. Basic principle in aerodynamics: "to be able to exit, something must enter" Check the cleanliness of your power supply fan and the direction of the airflow. If it’s dirty, it needs to be cleaned, and also, if it’s also sucking in, you need to reverse the flow of the other fan.  -- Errare humanum est, perseverare diabolicum.

What's the point of changing them...

A fan represents a volume of air per minute simply without changing it, think about checking the resistance of the grille on which the air will come under pressure. If the volume of air expelled exceeds the space of the air hole left by the tower of your PC, you're going to create a vacuum in the tower... so what's the point of pushing harder if it can't get in? The answer is simple: it will just force the blades to work harder and consume more power from your PC.

Second mistake repeated by all manufacturers: the fans are at the bottom; has that never bothered you, knowing that warm air rises and cold air descends...

So I had two solutions to overheating: an internal fan that circulates air and a fan that, instead of expelling warm air from the bottom, brings in cold air from outside, plain and simple.

Another thing, a machine can malfunction due to a lack of driver updates. Some sites offer them online for free, like Driver Online, which is quite easy to find. With that, it heats less too.

For the more experienced, make an air intake at the top and attach a small fan to it; with the upward effect of the heat, they don’t need to spin fast and it remains silent. Well, that's my take on a set of things that should be obvious.

Sorry, it’s probably very clear in your mind, but to understand what you're trying to explain doesn’t seem obvious to me.

A volume (= cm3) that exceeds the space of a hole (= cm²)?
A fan that consumes more power when it doesn’t flow? Yes, I know, it’s a widely held misconception. But all aerodynamicists know that it’s the opposite.

No, that's true, it's just not adaptable to aeronautics; the fans are in the open air. It's like a piston with a bore of 35 and one with a bore of 55, where the pressure surface is larger. The vehicle won't be as fast with a larger bore but will be able to tow heavier loads without straining because the pressure surface from the explosion is greater.

To apply this to your fan, it's the spoon effect. For example, you say you put a fan with a small spoon and one with a large spoon. The surface will be larger with the large spoon but the friction will be greater (your consumption too).

To finish on another thing I was thinking about last night regarding the fans at the bottom of the tower representing a closed space: it's simple, if you draw a volume of air from inside, it has to be replaced. So if your air intake holes are at the bottom of your tower, you're likely to have your fan directly sucking in the air that's just entered without giving it time to mix in the case.

For another case that my last one took me to while looking at the tower facing me, maybe your solution would be quite different, but the only high fan is usually the one from the power supply, which generates a lot of heat by converting the current. So since it isn’t part of the computer side, we tend to overlook it. But does it work well? Because it would severely impact the cooling of the whole system.

You can increase the speed in the BIOS at the location where it shows the temperatures  you put disabled next to smart fan.

I just came across this question, "How can I speed up the rotation of my 2 fans?". I think Trifazer noticed that the speed of his fans was underused with software. However, the real question is: "What is the temperature of my processor, is it too hot?"

My fan evaluation noted as underused by Asus AI Suite II (Noctua NH-U12P SE2, 120mm) is 1025 rpm on a non-overclocked i7 CPU (4 cores), with a temperature of 28°C. Motherboard at 33°C. The coolest of my hard drives is at 33°C and the hottest at 41°C.

I don't see the need to increase the rpm of the fans. This would only increase the noise level, especially since it's a system designed to circulate air without unwanted noise. Air comes in from the front (bottom) and then cools the processor, the chassis fan does the same, Be Quiet Pure Power L8 - 700W power supply, and those on top (x2) exhaust it all. Cooler Master HAF+ 916 case.
