Software to stop PC fans

You can already change the existing fans for high-end ones,
like Noctua and the like; if you still find it's too noisy after that,
you can consider heavier solutions like water cooling...

if you stop them, the components will overheat followed by the immediate shutdown of the PC

For the LEDs, no worries if you have a case
you need to disconnect the HDD LED and Power LED wires from the motherboard (they go to the front panel of your case and are not essential

I’m looking to turn off the fans in the evening (max 30 minutes), so I don’t think there will be overheating for 30 minutes of operation!
Is there not a software for the LEDs rather than having to unplug them? (It's not that I don't know how to do it, but it's a bit of a hassle if every time I don’t want to see the LEDs, I have to open the PC!

If you want less noise, you need to switch to liquid cooling.

If it's your fan on the PC case with LED lights, you just have to unplug it and leave your case open to prevent it from overheating!
That's what I did for a while and I didn't have any problems.

hummmm...

the fact of turning off the fans makes the components heat up, and if you play on it, I wouldn't give it 2 minutes before your PC shuts down quickly because the temperature sensors will send it to the grave in no time
