Clear temporary internet files

Hello
I have a LENOVO tablet with Windows 10, the hard drive is 29.1 GB and the used space is 23.1 GB.
I want to free up space on the hard drive, so I use "Disk Cleanup." When it's finished, I notice that the temporary internet files take up 11 GB, and despite all the cleaning actions I take afterwards, I can't reduce this file to zero.
Moreover, I notice a slight difference compared to Windows 7 in the dialog box that appears after cleaning; a symbol representing a lock appears in front of the temporary internet file name.
For the past two days, I've been searching online but nothing works!
I even called LENOVO support, and they told me it was a Windows issue. I also called Windows support, and they advised me to download ADWCLEANER, but again, nothing has changed!!!
The last thing I did on the tablet was to block Windows 10 updates to avoid filling up my hard drive
Thank you for providing me with your solutions.

if these are indeed "internet" temporary files, then they are not "windows" temp files
so you need to go into your browser (Chrome, Internet Explorer, or other).
but just like poupougne, if that's really what it's about, it seems massive to me, even if you're downloading games or music excessively.

    Hello
In principle, you need to click on "Computer" then the hard drive (C) -> windows -> temp -> select all -> delete
Note that some files cannot be deleted because they are in use, which is normal: ignore those

The same goes for "prefetch"; you can delete everything.

Empty the recycle bin after each operation

You can also then, from the desktop, type "run" then %temp% -> validate
and delete everything then empty the recycle bin again.

    Hello.....

This is HUGE for this file, unless we're not talking about the same one!
Can you give the EXACT and COMPLETE path to find it?
    Regards,
    See you later
