Ciel Comptabilité issue - Read-only after closing

Hello

I have a problem with my Ciel Compta software. I completed my financial year-end closing. The software did not show any error message.
Since then, my software is in read-only mode and I can't enter new entries. The entries from the new fiscal year entered before the closing are visible but I also can't modify them.

Could you help me?

    Have you proceeded with the "reopening of the file" immediately after closure?
    (According to your version: Treatments Menu / End of year)
