    Hello
    Insert Frame...
    once created, select the frame>
    right click>Anchor >As Character
    Insert a table in the frame
    Repeat for the 2nd table

    Hello.

    To create a 4-column table with a 2-column table next to it, I make a 7-column table and color the horizontal borders white in column 5, using Table properties/Borders.
