Good evening,
following the W10 update to Fall, I wanted to check for available updates using SW UPDATE, the program pre-installed at the time of purchase. I updated (via SW UPDATE) SW UPDATE, SUPPORT CENTER, and RECOVERY. Since then, these programs have stopped working, with applications being blocked by "The administrator" and nothing is functioning anymore. "Guarana..."
If I reset my PC to factory settings (which will take a lot of time due to updates), I will not be able to retrieve W, which is now paid. Unless the program Windows10Upgrade24074 still works for free.
I re-downloaded SW UPDATE from the Samsung website, but I'm asked to export folders (which I've done) and that changes nothing because the program is completely different. Better yet, Support Center and Recovery are also completely lost.
What is your experience?
What can I do to get back a PC from before these mishaps (with a functioning SW and Recovery)?
