It's true that it's very complicated when you're given extra offers when you're a certain age. I recommend doing like I did and calling customer service; the problem is resolved in just a few minutes by a very pleasant person.

Hello, It's not that simple because the customer service number 09 70 73 20 20 directs you to a voicemail inviting you to send an email. In my opinion, it's a scam.

Hello

It is very common that one cannot avail the services related to Groupon vouchers on the desired dates. Personally, I would advise against buying and then giving this poisoned gift.

I have a voucher for a meal that expired on May 1, 2021, but due to COVID, it wasn’t possible to go to the restaurant. The restaurant owner is accommodating about extending the date, but Groupon pretends not to understand. I'm starting to get fed up.
