Groupon Order

Hello,
I ordered a bed on Groupon at the beginning of May, but since then, when I go to "track my order," nothing has changed; my order is still being processed. I don't know how this site works since it's my first time ordering from it. Do I need to do something?

    If I understand correctly, this Croupion is used for making 'group' purchases to benefit from preferential rates..

    The principle is excellent; the real test is to see how it works in reality.. Sometimes hiccups are reported online..

    Your order may be waiting for others of the same kind to reach a critical mass? Or - more likely - there are logistical/delivery issues..

    Croupion is the best place to get information on the estimated delay..

      I placed an order for a perfume on December 18th, and to this day, despite several emails, I still have not received a response. I have, of course, been charged; this is the first time since I've been using Groupon that this has happened.
