Hello,

I'm a bit lost and I'm wondering if someone may have gained access to my bank account. Indeed, I purchased a book tonight through the Fnac app on my smartphone (Samsung Galaxy S8). However, after validating the payment using the 3 digits on the back of my card, I was redirected to a screen in the app indicating that the transaction was successful. Nevertheless, I encountered several dialog boxes with the text "invalid certificate." I clicked "cancel" each time to remove them, and the Fnac app did not crash.
I would like to note that my account was already registered in the app and that I have the free version of AVG antivirus installed on the smartphone.

Do you know if the messages "invalid certificate" could mean that someone has accessed my banking information?

Thank you in advance for considering this request.

Vinz

Maybe watching too many movies... ;) No, I don't think it means that someone has retrieved your banking information. It looks to me like a bug in the app: you should contact support and describe the scenario (without detailing your personal info, okay?)
