Starsat 2000HD Issues

Hello,
I have a Starsat 2000HD decoder, during the installation of an update, there was a power outage. Since then, the decoder shows no image, it remains on boot.... What can I do about this problem??

Configuration: Android / Chrome 55.0.2883.91

    Hello,

    Try unplugging everything: HDMI cables, antenna, and power supply, wait five minutes and then plug them back in.
    If that doesn’t work and you have access to the menu, do a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu), but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.
