Delivery issue [ the post ]

I ordered online on January 15, 2018. The delivery is estimated between January 30 and February 20. I check the tracking of my package every day, and it is marked as delivered. But the problem is that it hasn’t arrived at my home. Here are the tracking details: Number: LF308623319CN

      I called the post office number (3631) and they gave me the same answer: it was delivered by the postal service on January 26, 2018.
      So I'm still at the same point.

        Well, yes... but if the Post Office can't take it anymore, we who are not postal workers are indeed quite incompetent.

        @Chris 94On customer service, you have to send a form, so it's really a mess. I might as well go to the post office in my town.

        You can try... but I'm afraid the left hand is unaware of what the right hand is doing, in other words, that distribution might take over the role of customer service :-(

        It's better to fill out a form and have a better chance of getting a result than to go in person for nothing.

        Yes, that's true! But I'm still going to check it out tomorrow since it's 5 minutes from my place, so I won't lose anything :-)
