Hello,
I have Windows 10 (I have the latest version 1709 updated) and the Google Chrome browser that I do not want to change.
For the past 48 hours, when I click on "Disk Management" to see the available capacity on my hard drive, the following message appears: <<you do="" not="" have="" access="" rights="" to="" the="" logical="" disk="" manager="" on="" pc-gm-icare="">> which is the name of my PC.
How can I regain this function that I use often? (Administrator information to complete or modify, create a restore point...?).
Thank you very much for your help.
Have a nice day.

Oops!
The message wasn't complete; my daughter was playing with me on the computer and...
I’ll finish my explanations...
Microsoft helped me out and they clarified that it's not uncommon to lose "Administrator" access (I was in "Standard" mode, which caused some issues...).
Another quick question, if I may: I can't seem to access "Safe Mode", which I tried to do yesterday to fix my problem; indeed, when I turn on my PC, I don't see the Windows logo appear, so I can't use the F8 key before it shows up (I have Windows 10 version 1709 up to date).
Thank you all for your appreciated help.

Hello,
As I no longer need to start my PC in safe mode, which is now more complicated under Windows 10, and having been helped by Microsoft regarding the "lost" Administrator management of my PC, my question is therefore RESOLVED.
Thank you all for the information and your help.
