4GB Memory Recognition with Si671V18 BIOS

Hello,

I would like to know the reference of the DDR2 memory module that needs to be installed for it to be recognized with the BIOS update mentioned in the title.

My configuration is:

P. BELL ISTART D9020
Motherboard: GA-T671MG
Processor: Intel Pentium E2140 socket 775 LGA
RAM: 3 Go DDR2

Any DDR2 RAM stick at 667/533/400 MHz in DIMM 240-pin format.

Thank you for your response. I was asking the question regarding the BIOS update to be able to recognize 4GB instead of the 2GB supported by the motherboard.
Following the update, the board can support 3GB but not 4GB?
Is there another BIOS update available? Accessing the BIOS on my end with the (F2) key is impossible!
