    Hello,

    First, check that the SQL services are running on your machine.

    Is it a standalone version? Network? Client/server?

    it's a single-user version from 2008....
    no problem until 2017
    blocking since this year
    it says "Max number of 'user' licenses reached" ????
    I haven't changed anything ...

    Hello,

    It seems that your activation has just expired. You need to reactivate your license. But before that, please contact EBP and provide them with your license number and the PC key that appears during activation.
