Hello,

My parents have a TUCSON TL39DLED309B18 TV.
They would like to enable the subtitles for the hearing impaired. I’m not on site and need to help them remotely.
The user manual is brief. Can you confirm the procedure for me?
You press the Menu button, then navigate
Menu/System/Settings/Accessibility/Hearing Impaired

Is that correct?

    Yes, it seems correct to me, but be careful, not all shows are subtitled
