MY EMAILS ARE PRINTED IN LARGE CHARACTERS

Hello
For the past few days, the printing of my emails has been coming out in very large letters, the right side is not printed and yet I haven't changed anything. I checked the printer settings, and I don't see anything unusual (I'm not a computer expert). Do you have a solution to my problem?

    Before printing, do you have the option to preview to see if the page is correct?
