Charging issue on PANASONIC tablet

Hello,
my new PANASONIC FZ-B2 batteries are completely dead. I can't start the charging process. Is there a solution?

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 63.0.3239.84

    So yes, I would advise you to use what I call the mouth-to-mouth technique

    which consists of plugging and unplugging your charger several times in a row, 14-16 times while waiting 3-4 seconds between each reconnection, then wait about 5 minutes and it should turn on
