My tablet shows a battery with a red line and a yellow triangle with an exclamation point, and it won't turn on or charge anymore.
What should I do? Thank you for your help.

    hello,
    2 possibilities
    charger is dead
    battery is dead
    you need to test both
    before anything else

I'm coming out of my repair shop. A lot, a lot of people have had the same problem for a while... it's definitely a virus...

Is it therefore a battery problem? I have exactly the same issue.

It takes 4 to 5 hours to charge my tablet battery, is that normal? I've tried 5 chargers, 4 made in China and one German.

It's the number of mA that will determine your original charging speed, which is 4500mA or 4.5Amps. After that, the device also has to accept more if you want to charge faster, like my phone originally charges at 1A. I had a 2A charger; even though it's not recommended, my phone charges at least 1 hour faster. But with my buddy's charger, there's no difference.
