Hello,
I have a problem that my PC is lagging while playing Fortnite. I've tried many methods to increase my FPS, and while it worked, it's not enough. Since the holidays are over, I received some money and I would like to invest in a new PC component, like a RAM stick and other things, to stop it from crashing.

Hello,

I'm sorry but you bought a PC meant for office work and definitely not for gaming!

We're not sure if you can install a graphics card (does the motherboard have a PCI-E x16 slot?)
We don't know about your power supply (likely very weak), so you may need to change it
Your CPU is very weak, I'm not sure it wouldn't bottleneck a GTX 1050 Ti...

  The good news is that your motherboard has a PCI-E x16 port (the long black slot at the bottom).
  The bad news is that you absolutely need a single slot card; a dual slot card will not fit.
  
  As for the power supply (the case at the top with "Chicony" written on it), I can't read the label; your photo is blurry.

I can very well buy a 4GB RAM stick because it's the memory that's not sufficient.

  It's not just the memory that's insufficient... It's what you don't seem to understand.
  
  Your machine is not designed for gaming, but solely for office tasks, in essence. So, when it comes to games, the processor, like the graphics card, are lagging behind and can't keep up... Even with as much RAM as you want, the machine won't perform better if the processor and the graphics card don't keep up...
