Hello,
I just bought a 70-inch flat screen, but upon arriving home and after plugging it in, I realize that it doesn't work; there is no sound and the image looks as if the screen is broken inside.
I have no idea about the cost of repairs.
I would like a specialist to give me their opinion; to see if it's repairable or not.
Thank you in advance.
Here is the device number:

    Hello,
If it is new, return it to customer service.

    Good evening,
Since you have just purchased this equipment, why not return it to the seller, given that it is necessarily covered by the warranty and entitled to a standard exchange (provided it has not been damaged)? Wanting to repair new equipment seems quite inappropriate to me.

Unless you bought it second-hand. In that case, the repair could cost you more than the device itself.

    Best regards

      Hi,

Given that it dates back to around 2007-2008 based on its reference, it can't be new... ;o))

However, we probably no longer have parts for that... so yes, the repair will cost as much as a new model today...

    Hi,

If it wasn't you who broke it during transport, get a refund.
You might have been scammed this time.
