Yellow square issue Sharp Aquos 55 inch TV

Hello,

I would like to get some information regarding an issue with my Sharp TV
K in a yellow box with the model number next to it...

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 12.0

    Hello,
    You are probably in "demo" or "store" mode
    Check the menu for "family use" or something like that

      Mine is the same, LC-32CFG6022E. It’s fine in home mode; I formatted it and reset everything to zero, but it's the same. I contacted customer service; I'll let you know.

      Hello, my response:
      "Thank you for performing the following steps: press the keys MENU 1 1 4 7 in succession.
      You will see a 'ROOT' menu appear, you need to press OK on the first option (factory init all)."
      And there you go, my TV is back to normal ;-) without the square ;-)

      Thank you because thanks to you yesterday I was able to perform this operation on my children's TV. It works like new????

    It worked for me too.
    I had to redo the process 3 times but the factory menu showed up properly (do it fairly quickly)
