IPTV FOR PHILIPS TV

Hello,
I have a Philips 55PUx6101 television.
I don't have IPTV on my TV and by following some instructions, it says to install Google Play Store, but I can't find it in my apps.

Can you clarify this for me?

        If the television is not Android, you will not be able to access the Play Store.

        You will have to make do with the applications available in your TV's menu.
