Unable to start my PC (SYSTEM LICENSE VIOLATION)

Hello! I'm at the end of my rope; I was browsing the internet while installing After Effects with Creative Cloud, and then my PC crashed, giving me a blue screen with the error "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart, etc..." I don't have much information other than the stop code is "SYSTEM LICENSE VIOLATION." It's impossible to start Windows; the loading page crashes, the repair tool can't fix it, and I'm unable to restore to a previous date... Can you please help me?
