Hello,

I would like to create a bootable USB drive to format my system drive and reinstall Windows.
I have a Windows 7 version in folder/file (I run setup.exe to start the installation).
I would like to know how to create an ISO from this folder.
I don't have a CD drive and I don't have a Windows key to download an ISO version from the official Microsoft site.
Thank you in advance for your replies.

    Hello,

    You can reinstall Windows 7.
    Retrieve your Windows key: https://www.malekal.com/recuperer-cle-produit-de-windows/

Once you have retrieved your Windows 7 key, you can create an installation media for Windows 7 that will allow you to completely reinstall Windows.

    1) Download the Windows ISO from the Adguard site, which allows you to download the official Microsoft ISOs: Download Windows installation ISOs
    2) Create a Windows installation USB drive that will serve as the installation media for Windows 7: How to create a Windows installation USB drive
    3) Boot from it by changing the boot sequence and indicating the USB drive or DVD: How to boot your computer from a USB drive

The Windows 7 installer will then launch...
Let yourself be guided by following the instructions in this tutorial: How to install Windows 7.
