Amplifier not turning on

Hello,

I have a problem, my powered subwoofer (mtx rtp8) won't turn on even though it is properly connected and I have voltage at the amplifier terminals. At first, I thought it was my remote that wasn't working, so I connected it directly to the amplifier power supply and it still won't turn on :no:, any ideas?

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 63.0.3239.84

hi

have you thought about turning on the sub on your car radio? it might come from there; if it's not activated, no signal is sent (through the remote) to the amp to turn it on.

the signal is cut off because it is not activated.

That's what I thought, so I plugged the remote into the amp's power supply to be sure, and still nothing...

You connected it properly to the remote on the amplifier and to the car radio (blue and white wire) and activated the subwoofer on the car radio in the menu.
