Hello everyone,
I just recently received my new FreeBox Revolution. I did a quick recording test to check its availability on the different clients of my local network.
I found it in \\freebox\TV\recording in m2ts format... if I remember correctly...

Then came the real test... KohLanta from Friday night... that is, a recording of over 3 hours. From my FreeBox Player, it is present, works perfectly, and is over 4GB (I mention these famous 4GB because I’m thinking about this FAT formatting issue)

However, when I try to play it on another client (tested from a PC or a tablet), the Recording folder remains empty...

Do you have an explanation? I’m thinking of a sort of split of the video track because it is too large, but I wouldn't bet my life on it :)

Thank you for your explanations.

Thank you for your response. I went to check the forum you sent me to, and one could say that it's quite the debate, and that it remains very unclear... the file size does not seem to be an issue. They talk here and there about "broadcast rights" for certain shows that would be viewable only from the FreeBox player but not from other clients. That seems to be my case, but that's just an observation. Nothing seems to be written anywhere...
