Hello,
Following a problem with the Blu-ray player of my Freebox Revolution, Free is sending me a new Freebox and I need to return the old one in exchange. However, I have several recordings that I would like to keep and I don't know how to transfer them to an external hard drive. Does anyone have the solution? Thank you in advance.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 23.0.1271.97

    Hello,

You can access the hard drive of your Freebox with the file explorer. In the address bar, just type \\Freebox

And there, you'll see "hard drive" and then "Recordings" appear.

A simple copy/paste of the files to your PC and that's it!

Hello, by any chance do you know how to
Retrieve my files from a Freebox server V6 that is not connected?
      Thank you.

The manipulation described above must be done from a Windows PC connected to the Freebox (via Wi-Fi, for example). You need to open a file explorer (e.g., This PC), and in the address bar, enter \\freebox.
