Hello, this is my first question, so please don't judge.

The problem is that when I turn on my computer, it seems that it does not detect my new graphics card, which means that the second screen does not turn on. For example, my first screen turns on normally.

The brand of the second screen: Xplio XP19WD

Thank you for helping me and getting back to me as soon as possible,

Best regards,

Connect the VGA cable to the second screen, press the Windows key (on the left at the bottom between Alt and Ctrl) and the 'P' key to get the options for the screens: I set it to: second screen only, and I have everything on the second screen. It works even for the search with Windows 8.1 with the mouse on the edge of the screen.

Hello, but no, I already knew that, that's not the problem; the problem was that I hadn't connected a 6-pin PCIe connector from my graphics card to my motherboard.
