Hisense 55H6607 TV video file playback issues via USB

Hello,

I just got a Hisense 4K Smart TV, model 55H6607. I'm very satisfied until I try to test if I can read most of the video files I want, unlike my old TV. At first, everything works, but I quickly realize I can’t change the audio. For example, if I have the option between English or French on the file, only the default one works and there’s no way to switch the language. I also notice that practically no subtitles work either; I can select them, but they don’t appear. Does anyone have any idea if it’s something I missed? I doubt it, to be honest, but who knows.

    Good evening,

    According to Hisense, you purchased an unknown model; the reference 55H6607 does not exist.

    Or perhaps you misread the reference. According to their site, the letter that directly follows the first two digits (screen size) is either a D, M, or N, but there is no H in any model. However, there are models with an H, but it is at the very beginning of the reference, not on their site.

    With the letter D → 32D50

    With the letter M → 55M6600

    With the letter N → 55N6600
